We have warehouses in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, and serve Pretoria from Johannesburg. We also travel countrywide, depending on the function and the number of guests, so ask us about events anywhere in South Africa.

Yes. Each bar has a minimum of 35 servings, except the gelato and mini donut bars, which start at 100 servings. Prices are by quotation only, because they depend on guest numbers, hours, the bars you choose and the venue.

Ideally one to two weeks before your event. Busy times of the year fill up sooner, so book earlier then, and ask us anyway if your date is close.

Yes. Every bar arrives stocked and set up, with trained staff or baristas serving your guests, and we pack everything away afterwards.

Up to 5 hours of service, and longer if your event needs it. Every bar includes everything it needs, and works indoors or outdoors.

Yes. Bars can be branded to match the theme of your event or your company, which is popular for activations, expos and launches. Branding is an optional extra at an additional charge.

Our coffee bars run Italian La San Marco 85 two group espresso machines. Each machine draws about 3.8 kW, so it needs its own plug point that is not shared with urns, heaters or other heavy equipment. Tell us what the venue has and we will plan the setup with you.

Yes. The machine refills itself automatically through a pump, so it needs a water supply at the bar. Let us know whether there is a tap close to where the bar will stand when you ask for a quote.

The espresso machine itself is 72 cm wide, 55 cm deep and 47 cm high and weighs 60 kg. Leave room for the bar counter in front and for the baristas to work behind it, on level ground under cover if the event is outdoors.

Yes. You can pair the coffee bar with something cold or sweet, such as gelato, soft serve or slush. Tick every bar you want in the bars list on the quote form.
