What Affects the Price of Hiring a Mobile Bar

Short answer: A mobile bar quote depends on the number of guests, how long the bar serves, how many bars you book, where the venue is and whether you want the bar branded. Branding is an optional extra at an additional charge. The quickest way to an accurate price is to send your date, venue, guest numbers and the bars you want.

Number of guests

Guest numbers decide how much stock to bring and how many staff the bar needs to keep the queue moving. Our minimum booking is 50 guests, and a quote for 50 guests and a quote for 500 guests look very different, even for the same bar.

How long the bar serves

A short morning tea break and a full day conference with several breaks need different staffing and stock. Tell us the times your guests will be at the bar.

How many bars you book

Each bar is staffed and stocked separately. Booking two or more bars for the same event is common, for example coffee with gelato, and we quote them together.

Where the venue is

How to get an accurate quote quickly

Send the quote form with your date, venue or suburb, number of guests and every bar you are considering. We check availability and email your quotation. Ideally ask one to two weeks before your event, and earlier at busy times of the year.
